The last schedule i posted went swimmingly. however, that evening i decided to go out & get frisky. it ruined the flow. i've also decided to not work third shift after this coming schedule. i slept for 7 1/2 hours. sleeping more than five or six makes me even more tired and i accomplish less. plus, it was 330 pm when i woke up and got moving. what could i accomplish now?


But, alas, i did managed to get some tasks done.
- load of towels
- load of dishes
- made bean soup
- ate a reasonably healthy lunch.


I've got another load of laundry going in and i'm even going to empty the dishwasher and take out the trash. if laura works tonight, i'll probably stay at my parents. biggest loser is on tonight. i plan on being in bed around 1 or 2. i know, that only gives me about 10 or 11 waking hours but tomorrow is a full day. which i always love.


Thus far, i have eaten:
1 sm apple (80 cal)
1 tbl sp of reduced fat pb (95 cal)
1 ww string cheese (60 cal)
2 bwls bean soup (400 cal)
1 lean cuisine pizza (340)


Not too shabby. i'll probably eat another apple later & i'm trying to drink plenty of water since yesterday i drank so much caffeine (which probably attributed to my crashing at 730 and sleeping for days).


All right, more tasks at hand . . .

i think everyone is bringing it back. i miss you livejournal. myspace just doesn't feel right. let's start over.
